ElizabethBurr.com is the parent website for the Come and Gather collection, including related content, resources, products, and online-store offerings. Unless a page says otherwise, these Terms apply throughout ElizabethBurr.com and the Come and Gather collection.

My store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows me to offer products and services online. Shopify and other third-party providers may have their own terms and privacy practices that apply to their services.

Independent Ministry and No Church Affiliation

I am a practicing member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. However, Elizabeth Burr LLC, ElizabethBurr.com, and the Come and Gather collection are personal, independent efforts.

They are not owned by, operated by, sponsored by, endorsed by, approved by, or officially affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or any of its organizations, leaders, employees, or representatives.

The views, opinions, products, resources, and content shared on this website are my own unless I clearly state otherwise. References to Church teachings, history, scripture, General Conference messages, or other Church-related materials are offered for personal learning and discussion and should not be understood as official statements of the Church.

Orders, Pricing, and Payments

You may place an order through my online store. Your order is an offer to purchase the product or products listed in it. An order is accepted only after I send an order-confirmation email or otherwise confirm that the order has been accepted.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, promotions, shipping charges, product descriptions, and delivery estimates may change without notice.

I may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices, shipping charges, promotions, offers, transit estimates, or availability informationat any time, including after an order has been submitted. If a correction affects your order, I may contact you when reasonably possible or cancel the affected order and issue a refund when payment has already been processed.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or another processor offered at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You are responsible for applicable sales tax, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or similar charges shown at checkout or imposed by your location.

I reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, a violation of these Terms, or an order that appears to be placed by a dealer, reseller, or distributor. I may also limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

Products and Fulfillment

Come and Gather may offer print-on-demand apparel, accessories, educational resources, study guides, printed materials, digital content, and other products or services. Product availability is not guaranteed, and certain products may be available only online or in limited quantities.

Physical products are created and shipped through Printful or another print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Colors, placement, sizing, print appearance, and other details may vary slightly because of device screens, manufacturing methods, and print-on-demand processes. I do my best to show products accurately, but I cannot guarantee that your device will display colors accurately or that a slight variation means a product is defective.

If I offer digital downloads, guides, studies, or similar resources, your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use that content for your own study and spiritual growth. You may not copy, distribute, post, sell, share, modify, create derivative works from, or make the content available to others without my written permission.

Unless I specifically say otherwise, digital products are for individual use only. They may not be shared with a group, class, ward, organization, business, or online audience without written permission.

Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Shipping, delivery estimates, returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by my separate Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Please review those policies before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable policies.
